LOGAN'S CHAPEL TALK DAY! We're so excited that he chose to do one! For all those who don't know, GPS (the all girls school that I attended) REQUIRES every senior to give a speech (or Chapel Talk) in front of the whole school (800 girls + staff and guests). It's a really big day for the girl. McCallie (the all boys school my brother, Logan, attends) on the other hand, does NOT require every senior to do a speech, but you have the option if you'd like to do one. That being said, my wonderful, brave brother CHOSE to do a chapel talk!!! Now, it's not the hoopla that the girls have with gifts a luncheon, etc., but our family was there and Logan gave a wonderfully...umm, unique talk about the importance of being yourself and not caring about embarrassment or you'll miss out on things. The crowd was laughing the whole time...it was great! He spoke on 4 subjects (randomly chosen by his friends)...Pokemon, flossing daily, my left foot and Squidward Tentacles (from Spongebob)...yeah...weird thing about it that me and Lacey realized later? Lacey remembers talking about Spongebob in her chapel talk and well, MINE was almost the exact same talk as Logan, only girlie...yep, we're related...and he was only 7 at mine, so it's not like he'd have remembered it. Anyway, here's some pics from the event.

PS~ His shirt sleeves are rolled up under his borrowed blazer...cause he's cool like that :)

PSS~ That last pic is me and Lacey trying to embarrass him by giving him a kiss on the cheek...he always knows though :)
