July 30

My FIRST 29th birthday!

Started with an omelet, hashbrowns and orange juice.

Then, that night, my awesomest brother ever took me to see HARRY POTTER 7.5 and then out for Rita's ice cream cause i'd never had it!

Then, I got to come home to my precious Pascha who'd gotten into the trash and managed to get gum all in her hair. It was promptly cut out and she now has a bald spot on her shoulder.

Welcome to another exciting episode of clog-arita's. Tonight's epiosode: Duck Lips

After displaying duck lips, Casey and Brittany decided to see just how similar they are. The question they both secretly answered? Name your crush-worthy OLD actor. OLD being the key term here.

Casey's answer on the left. Brittany on the right. Guess we know who the KID in the group is...hahaha!

Then me and Brandi had a 'light' night so Britt and Casey finished off our margarita's...Brandi tried to help :)

Sunday

July 17

Lombard Street aka The Crookedest road in America (although every tour guide makes the joke that is the 2nd crookedest next to WALL Street....*groan*)

Then off to Ghirardelli for some good ole chocolat-atay!

The ship docks were right below Ghirardelli, so we headed down to check out the old ships.

Then over to the famous Fisherman's Wharf for some delicious fish and chips and then BACK to Ghirardelli's for dessert!

After all that, it was off to jail! Alcatraz that is!

And then finally, another Triple D restaurant for dinner!

Saturday

July 16

Our first look at the San Fran cable cars and hills!
The hills are huge and we walked a good bit of them...my poor thighs...

I have a feeling that that 2nd pic is what we'll be seeing A LOT...

Japantown...lots of pigeons everywhere in all SanFran. Of course we took pics in the samurai cutouts...

There was a maze painted on the sidewalk...mom and Lacey raced it...Lacey won :)

The oh-so-famous 'Painted Ladies' and the most famous one? The 'Full House' house!!!
Then, me and Lace and mom enjoyed some Thai for lunch (mom had never had Thai...or Thai iced tea!). Logan and Dad were in Oakland for a double-header A's game.
Then over to Golden Gate State Park where they were having a Saturday art show!

Lacey had a lot of fun here ;)

Lastly, Grubstake for dinner (restaurant off of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives if anyone watches that) and Peet's coffee for dessert! The coffee was cause it was FRICKIN' cold and we were trying to find anything warm...

Friday

July 15

Yay! We're off to San Francisco!

Boo...our flight was supposed to leave at 5pm...maybe we'll make it there eventually...

Wednesday

July 13

Whelp...this light that I don't know how to replace finally went out after living here for 5 years...who knows how long it had been here...no idea what to do. guess the upside to this is that's it in the green room, so at least there's a big window with plenty of light for most of the day!

Tuesday

July 12

Sometimes me and Dad get to go check jobs waaaaaay out in the boonies where it's pretty. This is the farm of the guy that owns all the Republic Parking in Chattanooga. He's an old, super nice guy kinda like my grandad that we do a lot of work for.

Then, of course, it was CLOG-ARITA night! AND apparently 50% off night, which we were excited about, till we got our bill and the things WE ordered were the only things NOT 50% off!!! argh!!!

Britt and Roy are gettin' pretty buddy-buddy these days. Hope they don't get sweet on each other and start playing ding-dong-dash!

Watch out, Roy, Amy's movin' in on your girl!

Monday

July 11

It's hot outside...

This is at 5pm when I'm leaving work...it said 106 degrees when I got in the car, but I couldn't get my phone camera up fast enough to get it.

Sunday

July 10

Whilst doing some more cleaning out of my house, I decided to reorganize my medicine box. I had done this a while back, but apparently I missed this one...although I'm almost positive I probably saw it and thought, "Awww, I've had this for so long, it's a memory, I'll keep it!" but after cleaning out the rest of my house, I am proud to say I had the courage to also throw this out...pretty sure I wasn't actually gonna use it anyway...it expired a little while back...

I used to get a lot of sore throats...was a sick child...guess that's why I never get sick now!
