So, I had read a recipe for some homemade popsicles the other day and have been wanting to make yogurt pops ever since I discovered the deliciousness of greek yogurt.
Pictured are all the ingredients I used, except for the frozen cherries, which I forgot are sitting to the left on the stove...oops!
If you can't see them all, I used...greek yogurt, sugar, pinch of salt, cinnamon, splash of vanilla and some frozen cherries. Throw 'em in the magic bullet with a little milk to help mix the dry ingredients, mix till smooth and then pour into the molds and pop in the freezer! Cinnamon sounds a little weird to put in there, I know, but man, it is gooood with the sugar!
Soon as I figure out how to get the dang things OUT of the molds, I'll take a picture of the finished product (and yes, I tried running hot water over them).
As for the last pic, that's my delicious Greenlife sushi and salad for dinner. I hadn't decided on what to drink, but ended up with the diet cheerwine :)
